It’s not that unrealistic. I’ve been in the New England Patriots G III Love Graphic Shirt In addition,I will do this coffee industry for 7+ years at this point and I’ve seen shops with morning peaks of over 800 transactions (typically over 2-3 hours). I used to supervise a shop that did 500-600 transactions in 2 hours in the morning (pre-covid), The highest 30 minute I remember us doing was 160 something transactions. Takes a very skilled team with the right equipment to make it work. 400 in 3 hours is not at all suspect. Skilled baristas can make at least 2 drinks at a time and can be limited to the time it takes to pull the espresso (anywhere from 18-35 seconds depending on the equipment, beans, etc). With how many other baristas were you working with? OP mentioned that there were only 3 employees behind the counter. One might have been a cashier only.

Used to be a barista, we would do 400+ coffees over the New England Patriots G III Love Graphic Shirt In addition,I will do this 3 hours that corporate + trades were starting work. Coffee shop was in the CBD right in the centre square surrounded by skyscrapers with an exit from the central train station nearby. We served non stop, 1 on milk, 1 on coffee, 1 flex milk/coffee/till. Maybe some customers don’t order drinks and the real amount of customers has been rounded up and the amount of hours has been rounded down. Clearly something happened during this shift that convinced the manager you weren’t a good fit to work there. I feel like you might be leaving out something from this story. If your “work product” received no complaints, it’s more likely that it was your personality raised red flags. For example, perhaps they picked up on the attitude you reflected in your post, such as “I’m superior to the people I worked with, “one of them is fairly incompetent,” etc.
