It wouldn’t have brothers me at all. That’s part of friendship. Accepting people for what they are. I think you need to accept that you’re more into makeup than they are. Toning down the New Don Broco Medicine Shirt in contrast I will get this makeup seems really wrong to me!!!!!!!! You only look ill to someone used to seeing you in makeup, a stranger would think you look fine like your friends do. And you only look ill because the makeup makes you look more colorful, so when you don’t have it you look more pale and pale=ill usually. This is me too, I usually have to have some makeup on or I know I look like shit. Lately I’ve been trying not to wear it because I don’t want to care what others think but then people like to point out I look “tired” no shit I work 98 hrs a week Me too! What’s up with that??. I went to a party last weekend with all my friends and hardly any of them were wearing make up. 1 other female had make up on. Also I’ve been wanting to get my lashes done for this festival in mid September that me and friend group are going to and I have talked myself out of it. I’ve toned down what I wear a lot bc my friend group has. I love earrings and accessories too and hardly any of my friends change up their earrings/necklaces/etc.

as a person who’s first inclination is bare faced (despite how much i love make up and doing it) i always feel the New Don Broco Medicine Shirt in contrast I will get this opposite. my best friend always has make up on so it’s like instinct- when i go out with her , i put on make up. i wish i was better at getting up and doing the things that make me feel better about myself Because of health reasons it has become very hard for me to put on a full face of makeup. I hated it and I did feel naked for a while. But after a few weeks I got readjusted to my bare face. I still try to put on foundation and mascara tho I do miss eyeliner. I say follow your heart and choose just what makes you happy =) I’m usually with people who don’t wear makeup. (or very little if they are) I do it because I enjoy it, not because I feel like I need to. My friends usually just think it’s cool and compliment my effort . It’s not for everyone, and it’s just a fun part of daily routine. You shouldn’t feel any kind of shame or jealousy, you just enjoy a different daily routine to make yourself feel good. They might participate in other forms of self care that are less obvious that you don’t do. I have dark, genetic under eyes and eye lids. I wear a small amount of make up daily to help even my skin tone. But due to allergies I’m allergic to so many makeups and then when I find something I’m not allergic to they go ahead and discontinue it.
