I’m sure there was a major pucker factor in the New Cory Wong Lightning shirt so you should to go to store and get this video above, but it looks like the bike may be built to have a massive amount of caster. That would make it much more stable at the cost of maneuverability, which isn’t needed for this. About 110 km/h is my personal best going downhill with a racer. Not sure what the fastest is with a MTB but I have lazily rolled downhill at 70 km/h. I would guess best might be somewhere 80-85 km/h. If I were doing this test, I’d be welding the handlebars in place so that they couldn’t turn at all. Wouldn’t be at all surprised if they did something like that. That would likely be a sure fire way to crash. Even going strait at a high speed you still likely need to adjust the wheel slightly (or let it adjust itself).

Turning the New Cory Wong Lightning shirt so you should to go to store and get this wheel is how you balance on a bike. There’s videos of people fixing the handlebars in place and you straight up can’t ride it. You can most definitely tell they didn’t, the beginning of the clip starts with him moving his tires left and right I use exploding tyres to add some levity to my life; I fill them with sweets and treats, so it acts as a snack piñata when it pops Wild. If that is a 27.5″ tire then those wheels are spinning at a peak speed of about 2,050 rpm. A 29″ tire would be 1,944 rpm. Not even close to max for the bearings. I was a downhill bike by the looks. They have a lot of caster built into the geometry which would allow it to remain stable at that speed. I keep tubolitos on my mtb in case I get a hole in my tire. Didn’t know they’d help me go 272 kph!!! 60psi too, dang. Thanks for sharing the truth.
