Laws prohibiting left lane travel unless passing? What a joke. Maybe this is relevant in rural areas but in any kind of major population center all lanes are going to be taken up by traffic, rendering this law meaningless. Are Paris and London not major population centers? For people who are particularly asinine about driving in the left lane I make it a point to get in front of them and slowly lower my speed till they get in the right lane and start to pass, then speed back up.
