I have had sex with women when I was drunk that I later regretted but I didn’t feel like I was raped but rather that I was being a dumbass. And the woman can’t be at fault at all? If she’s drunk and he’s sober then technically he raped her and if he’s drunk and she’s sober then technically she raped him but if they’re both drunk then it depends on the story that comes out if anyone did actually rape anyone.
