I used to do 12 hour night shifts and if this happened you still only got the 12 hours pay. On the other hand it does go the other way as well that when the clocks go forward you dont lose an hours pay.

I worked at a prison 10 years ago on 8 hour shifts. My time was 4pm to 12am. One year I volunteered to work a double shift for 12am to 8am on spring forward dst because I know I would only work have to 7 hours and get paid for 8.
