At times I wish I had super powers, specifically the Music Concert Homage Tina Turner shirt moreover I love this power to control metal (a la Magneto). I just want to slow cars down when they’re flying down a 20 zone during school rush hour. They aren’t saving any time and it winds me up to no end. The road I live on is currently a 30mph limit but because some people don’t pay attention to the speed limit, the local councillor is trying to get the limit reduced to 20mph. As if the people who already aren’t paying attention to the speed limit are suddenly going to decide to slow down? We need to stop treating speed cameras as a sport. Hide them, use plainclothes officers, use average speed cameras, etc. Once people start getting fines and points they’ll start obeying the limits.

As you said, allowing speeding makes things worse for law-abiding motorists because speed limits get lowered below where they need to be so that people can speed and still be somewhat safe. Those who obey the Music Concert Homage Tina Turner shirt moreover I love this rules lose out, those who break them keep breaking them. I live in central London on a 20mph road and have clocked a car at 60mph with my speed camera. The policeman told me he got one over 70mph once. Drivers are shit everywhere it seems. About 8 miles from where I live there was, until recently, in someone’s front garden, a woman manikin dressed in a police woman outfit holding a speed gun pointed at the road. I am not sure what happened to it, as it was there for some years and was pretty effective. Maybe not so much for local drivers who had got used to it though.
