I’m so lucky. My tls and ap do not put up with that. A very few select tls do, however get the Mtag1993 Cowboys Cave Tag And K9 Shirt but in fact I love this right tl or a coach involved, or let ap overhear you and it’s over especially if you’re swearing up a storm. They don’t allow that here. My favorite is when the big, intimidating tl is covering CS because he does NOT put up with the bs, he doesn’t do the whole customer is always right thjng and usually when people see him coming and realize he’s not on their side it gets calm real quick. At my last job I was always forced to mask during rude interactions with customers especially with phone calls. I got bad burn out from it. Now at my current job if a customer is verbally abusive over the phone my managers have told me I have the right to hang up the phone on them. My absolute favorite aspect of my job is the ability to dismiss and ignore stupid customers whenever I have to go to a Walmart. I wear my earbuds super loud and ignore any customer attempting to speak with me. If I must address them I quickly tell them that I don’t work at the store and that they need to find an associate then proceed about my business regardless of their reaction. 98% its someone too lazy to pay attention and mistake me for an associate. The other 2% I help, because it’s my job.

Usually when I have a difficult customer who’s being stupid and hostile, I sick a co-worker on them named Jack. He’s old, angry, and doesn’t give a fuck if he gets fired lol. Once had an old lady who insisted she bought lamb in there the Mtag1993 Cowboys Cave Tag And K9 Shirt but in fact I love this week prior. She also pulled up the walmart website which had a store loaded up from over 100 miles away. She didn’t because the store has never carried lamb aside from once 9 years ago when we got it by mistake. Jack comes walking by and overhears the woman arguing with us, then interjects “lady we don’t have lamb, we’re not going to have lamb, and we’re not going to order it either, if you want it that badly you’re going to have to go to another store that does.”
