This is similar to coming in to the Moises Alou a Dominican American Baseball in Miami Marlins T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this store and saying “they are here to pick up a sink” and then get angry when you ask for additional order identifying information. Exactly, they have no order number no idea phone number under then get mad cause can’t find it. Then as for ID they don’t have it or left it in car and get angry when ask for it with a $900 item don’t understand why. I garuntee it was a big order. Otherwise, they would have had it staged near the service desk. Also if you wait 30 minutes at curbside you are just looking for a reason to bitch. After 10 or 15 minutes, you would have to wonder what’s going on or at least call the store. I’ve had people curbside a tub; required a forklift to unearth from the back pad. Others order full pallets of shit and expect pizza delivery speeds from the service desk associate that’s already handling in-store customers.

Not to mention BOPIS is broken recently (at least for our store), not pushing orders to the Moises Alou a Dominican American Baseball in Miami Marlins T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this next day after 8pm, and running our OFAs ragged trying to keep metrics reasonable. Literally seen BOPIS orders with an OrderUp pickup time of 10:56pm. I THINK CURBSIDE SHOULD CONTINUE, to be clear. The benefits to the disabled community are too numerous, and it gives sick customers a way to stay out of the store and still fix their sink or whatever. But if there’s something behind the scenes that can determine when to stage in a locker vs service desk, they can absolutely put a weight/size/quantity restriction on orders that can be curbsided. I drove all the way to the store, I don’t think a few hundred feet of walking to get my stuff is gonna kill me.
