Get rid of curbside. There is no reason for it anymore, and it adds stress to the Minnie Minoso in Chicago White Sox Legend Baseball T-Shirt Besides,I will do this already busy OFA’s and Service Desk. What do you mean you don’t have it I saw it on your website…. Oh is that what that means… So when can I pick it up The website doesn’t allow you to deselect “or nearby stores.” The nearest store to ours is almost 80 miles from here. Ain’t nobody driving over there for a gate latch. Where I am in Canada it is over 6 hours to the nearest next store and we do not order from any other store as shipping would kill us… But customers still say well it is in the other store I would be cool for small items. I wish it was limited to size, weight, and quantity though. It’s a pain, but if it’s small and can be staged at the desk, it’s more minor inconvenience than anything. groceries is one thing because it’s not a lot of heavy lifting. but curbside at a hardware store is something completely different. people don’t just curbside tools. its a bunch of heavy crap like flooring, tile, pressure treated lumber, doors so on and so forth. and it’s annoying when the ofas have to pull it once and then do it again to put it in someones car Office Max had a kick ass curbside pickup going during Covid. I mean you couldn’t compare laptops, but most people know what features they want in an electronic device and they would run in and grab a couple types. They should have kept it. Oh we’re stuck with it. They recently added a new metric, LTPA, likely to pickup again. Then to make it worse, if it’s anything less than the top score, it doesn’t count towards the score, so three 5 star and one 4 star instead of averaging out to 19 divided by 4, averages to 15 still divided by 4.

I find it amazing they waited 4HOURS in the Minnie Minoso in Chicago White Sox Legend Baseball T-Shirt Besides,I will do this first place. Secondly they really need to change not only curbside but the bopis order systems, if its over 50 things of wood it should no longer be a bopis and should be a willcall. The system needs a little bit of a redo My store stopped pulling bopis for concrete and soil quantities of more than 5 bags because it was getting abused and causing problems. Now the ofa or associates in the departments pull when the customers arrive. It sounds bad, but it actually works way better. There’s talks in out district of disabling block, concrete, fence panels, etc from the bopis option. Which would be spectacular. If an order is an impractical quantity of lumber, concrete, soil, etc we’ll call the customer and let them know we can’t fulfill that one and that we’re canceling their order, but that they’re more than welcome to come into the store to purchase their items. I brought up that curbside doesn’t always trigger and go off as well. Did they really check in or did they just pull up thinking we telepathically knew they were there. Is the app not working once again so can’t check-in. I get so many phone calls app doesn’t work; or your so busy you have a line; and nobody comes for back up.
