The only thing that will see the Milwaukee Brewers Nl Central Champs Cinched shirt Also,I will get this light of day is the literal hole I’ve worn through my Star Citizen Goliath mousepad that I naively bought from them back in 2014. Had so much hope back then. Management is an absolutely necessary and useful job, it’s just the vast majority of people who get promoted into the role have no actual skills to do that job. Far too many people think “management” just means “do less, get paid more, power-trip over everyone else”, and not y’know… manage your workers to help them have realistic schedules and goals and help solve problems with workflow, or between team mates, etc. This completely ignores that management and leadership are their own skills completely separate from “XYZ” and over simplifies the entire equation.
