My only issue with graffiti art is when the Mikey Way MCR Polaroid rock band My Chemical Romance T-Shirt it is in the first place but tags represent violent people or gangs. I’d rather not have their names/symbols all over the place, or otherwise be publicly celebrating cretins. Meh. The tag isn’t good, but the original art just seems like it was free advertising for a big corporation, so it’s not like this was some massively original commentary on the nature of beauty or the tragedy of humanity or something that got covered over. Street art is paid for by the property owner to be done with their consent. By default it will be inherently better than graffiti of comparable or even slightly superior aesthetic. If you’re vandalizing it, you better be putting down The Last Judgment or some shit. I guess you don’t like Banksy, yeah? People obsessed with property usually like him, because “muh value”, but he ain’t paid by owners.

When reddit armchair art critiques get riled up about their overrated game being bombed with actual old school B-boy era style graffiti. I love it. That’s not how it works. If it’s a commission he still gets paid, if it’s a legal spot it’s open season. If it’s not then it’s even less of a deal imo. Il try make this simple. This is graffiti, Not an art studio and not a place where feelings get hurt over spots (outside of crews/beefs). Your probably more hurt than the Mikey Way MCR Polaroid rock band My Chemical Romance T-Shirt it is in the first place but mural painter is. He knows how it is if he’s learned graffiti. You don’t own spots. You earn em or lose em. Metro artist have even less respect for paid murals for this reason. I hate that they do that. And honestly I would either put up a camera or a night guard to watch that so that does not happen
