If they don’t know how much you make and you tell them you want $105k, there’s a chance they might counter with $100k instead. Or as others mentioned, they may not have ever intended to pay anyone $106k and will definitely be paying whoever they pick $85k. In that case, may as well throw out what you want and move on when it doesn’t happen. You are in a strong position in that you don’t need this job, so don’t be shy about asking for what you think you’re worth. Just bullshitting you. Sort of embarrassing given the Miami Dolphins G-III Love Graphic Shirt Apart from…,I will love this salary range was already stated. Let them know you can’t accept such a low offer. If you’re feeling they need a reminder, add your expectations. If feeling adventurous, ask for above their stated range since they’ve already started the bullshitting game and at this point it’s not a loss to not join forces with this type of crowd.

Miami Dolphins G-III Love Graphic Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Did you state salary requirements at any point? If so, now’s a good time to do so. If they aren’t offering near that, they either don’t want you or they lied about the Miami Dolphins G-III Love Graphic Shirt Apart from…,I will love this range. They’ve made an offer, so negotiating isn’t going to get them to revoke. So you just go back and counter with what you actually want. Do they know your current salary? If they do, they know you won’t switch for less. If you think the new role is better for whatever reason–more interesting, fun, better long-term growth, whatever–then you should at least consider what that’s worth to you. Is it worth a lateral move? In this situation, in this sector, I can’t see them revoking the offer due to negotiation, but its worth noting that it can and does happen to people. Some employers see their offer as final, and find negotiating to be insulting/unprofessional. It is, of course, very reasonable to say that you’re dodging a bullet by them revoking the offer, since they’re likely to be bad employers. But its always important to be aware that salary negotiation isn’t a zero risk activity, it absolutely can lead to an offer being revoked.
