You might be prepared Day 1 but you’re no longer prepared Day 10. You might be able to handle the Metallica I’m Inside Open Your Eyes Sad But True Skull Shirt and I will buy this mental load of the gruelling schedule of challenges early on and then not be able to later. Mental health issues aren’t a binary – you slip in and out of good days and bad days. It’s all part of a process of understanding your needs and doing what’s best to ease some of your stresses and tension. Oh man. I really wanted her to push through it because it seemed like such a “getting in your own head” moment, but bitch I am sitting on a couch while the dolls are living and breathing in the Drag Gulag. Easy to say anything on this side of the screen. So I respect her decision. Adore is tender hearted and I think reality TV is really hard for people who are- it’s a pretty poisonous industry. I also think RPDR goes really really hard on any contestant they get a whiff of hesitation from to try and “toughen them up”, and not everyone does well with that style of motivation. I think we know of multiple moments across the franchise where Michelle/Ru/The Judges are just relentless in the name of trying to get their message across (or to just be petty)

If rumors are true and she will be part of Global All Stars and no elimination format. She will do really well and have the Metallica I’m Inside Open Your Eyes Sad But True Skull Shirt and I will buy this redemption arc we have been waiting years for. imo, i really don’t want adore on an all stars season, that would be like wanting willam on an all stars season Respect. Besides all the obvious stressors, Michelle was kinda shitty to her. It was a TALENT show and they trashed her over her look. And she’s obviously a known singer so it probably hurt so much to be in the bottom. As a viewer and fan of hers, it was sad to see her go. But if production allows the judges cough Raven Simoneyay cough to be unnecessarily rude, then there’s going to be a chance that the queens get upset. Adore is great tv and great at Drag Race, but the judges were disrespectful so she bounced. I respect her decision to leave, and would like to see her come back if she wants.
