The other thing is the Merry Christmas Snoopy And Friends Xmas Tree Peanut shirt and I love this quality of those products. Your great grandparents at your age didn’t have grounded electrical, firebreak construction or dual or triple panel glass in the windows but that’s all standard basics now. It’s not so much that things are more expensive as much as it’s there are so many things we have to pay for now and consider necessities. Maybe. Maybe not. What type of cell phones do your parents have? Do they pay $100 a month + a device fee? Do they have a 65 inch flat screen TV with 3 streaming services? Do they order Door Dash and Ubers every week. We love to complain as a society about all the things prior generations had without acknowledging the things we all pay for.

Lmao.. you think having a house a couple vehicles a boat and a jet ski make you rich at 80 when you have a dual income household for probably 40+ years lol She’s a little girl who thinks they’re rich. They’re not actually rich. You can still do those things today if you save properly your entire life. Your grandparents also went through a time in their life when they werent flowing in cash Honestly life ain’t that bad. Partner and I are both six figures in our late 20’s, just about to buy our second piece of real estate. We just picked majors that weren’t stupid and work hard. Planning to do this a few more years before moving somewhere lower CoL and starting a family. So what is the Merry Christmas Snoopy And Friends Xmas Tree Peanut shirt and I love this big deal. I have most of that and more and I am still working. Both my kids under thirty own their own homes and are well on their way to having many of those same things and they are both currently single. If you make the right choices and pick careers that pay a decent wage you can have nice things too. Spending habits are also a factor. My grandparents are older than 80 and were born during the Depression. One of my Grandpa, as an example, worked for GM until he retired, raised seven kids and currently has enough money to buy all of his kids a new house if he wanted. He bought everything in cash his entire life. He also was a spendthrift and knew a lot about the “old ways”. We don’t live like that today, but I bet you could be in a similar position in your golden years if you gave up some of your current luxuries.
