But how about we look at your friend. She wears a hijab, why? Islam does NOT require woman to wear hijabs. The hijab is worn because there are sayings attributed to mohamed that women “should cover their adornments, hair etc”. Why? to guard against the Mcconkey Superstar Pose Shirt but in fact I love this “evil eyes” of men, the hijab is saying to everyone around “I don’t trust that men around me can control themselves, and I wear the hijab to protect myself from their lust”. Your friend goes around in a hijab because she is of the belief that she has to because the men around (especially non-muslim men) will ogle her and maybe try to assault her for NOT wearing one. I would also guess your friend would NOT consider a relationship with a man who is not muslim, would she? If not, why not? So your friend likely has some pretty big prejudices against men and non-muslim men in particular. Wearing the hijab sets her apart from the rest of society, as by wearing it she’s making a declaration about her faith and how she views the world around her.

Mcconkey Superstar Pose Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

TLDR. Yes the Mcconkey Superstar Pose Shirt but in fact I love this serving woman is the arsehole (prejudiced against women in hijabs) but your friend likely also has some pretty major prejudices herself, given she wears a hijab. I regularly go to Barkley Square and given it is in a trendy, diverse part of Melbourne would’ve thought this type of behaviour was minimal. Just goes to show, cunts are everywhere. That’s terrible. However, unfortunately racism Is everywhere. I know a couple of people who have lived in Japan and it’s extremely racist to anyone not Japanese. Let’s not live in a bubble And think all cultures are not guilty of this. Doesn’t make it right of course and yeah everyone can do better but unfortunately we don’t live in a utopian wonder world. Weirdly, in some ways the racism I saw in the NT was more “tolerable” ( terrible word choice – let me edit it later if I can express it better) because it was overt.
