Nowadays the Martin Rev December 21, 2023 San Francisco, California Poster shirt in addition I really love this customer is most often wrong. But they won’t admit it. So they’ll blame anyone and anything else then lie as much as they possibly could, even if they were being recorded they’ll double down. It’s weird because working at Walmart the first time around over 15 years ago we would discount things 10% under the “satisfy guest” option on the register screen. We used to apologize even if they were in the wrong (9 times outta 10 they were) but we’d at least pretend to give a shit and value them as a customer. Nowadays, Walmart doesn’t care and the bar on how much mangers need to know, or anything they need to do is so low that most our managers basically get paid to sit in the office and watch TikTok videos. I was surprised how even basic computer skills to fix simple time clock punches was beyond them to where my higher ups would address any questions requiring any tech at all to me. It was sad. The store had maybe 2 managers out of 20 that actually gave a shit and would step up. The rest were pretty comfortable boasting infront of us about how little they actually care or have to do anymore. Working for Walmart recently felt different than it did all those years ago. lol honestly, I would do the same. I wasn’t a manager but, honestly half the shit that they got pissed about was something that nobody would be able to change. If the manager didn’t wanna handle it, I took advantage of it, free break as you wait for them to leave basically.

I just did a CBL of respect, and it said that whenever you’re uncomfortable with the Martin Rev December 21, 2023 San Francisco, California Poster shirt in addition I really love this way a client is treating you or a coworker, you must tell a supervisor. People can have their opinions on COVID and how much of it was true…but I know the 1 year I wore a mask every minute in public I never got even a cold. Soon as I took it off a month later got a bad cold. Funny but I’ve seen customers harassed associates who wear masks telling them take it off…so naturally I thought that’s what this was about. Yeah I quickly skimmed That’s funny bc I worked all through the pandemic, before vaxxes and people would constantly pull down their mask to talk to me. I was masked, and purelled to the max but it got to a point that I’d slowly climb the ladder cart while they were talking. My husband got covid and was basically a prisoner in one room. Food left outside the door lol. No one else got sick. I’m a germophobe anyway, but touching pin pads and stuff will get you sick. I always purell. Haven’t had a cold in 5 yrs.
