My company gets contracted by certain walgreens as armed security. I don’t allow customers to harass the Market Designer Santa Shirt Additionally,I will love this employees, and I have no problem in assisting their exit of the store if they don’t feel like leaving when I tell them to. Walgreens employees are expected to be nice. My company, is not. One of the last incidents I had before I quit was a drunk guy yelling at me about where to find makeup brushes and pushing his phone into my face to show me what he needed. I asked him to step out of my personal space and that I would get someone to help him and he got upset so I just walked off I got yelled at today for my face mask. I work pharmacy and still so many sick people trying to breathe on me….yeach At my store I still routinely see people on a literally DAILY basis wearing masks…. with their nose sticking out. HOW DOES THAT MASK FILTER THE AIR YOU ARE BREATHING? HOW? IF IT ISN”T OVER YOUR NOSE THEN HOW IS THIS DOING THAT? smh

Market Designer Santa Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

The only employee that still wears a mask is a deli person hiding their facial piercings. Even though they are allowed by current dress code, management doesn’t allow them. I had a friend who would wear her mask because of cancer and she was doing everything she could to stay healthy. Every time someone would yell at her about “being a sheep” she’d yell “yeah, well this sheep has cancer.” At first, she enjoyed making people feel stupid but it got to the Market Designer Santa Shirt Additionally,I will love this point where she just wrote it on her mask. Usually someone would start, you’d see their eyes dart back and forth to read her mask, and then they’d almost always walk away without so much as an apology. When I worked at Walmart, wearing a mask helped with all the abuse I was getting from customers/management. I could hide my face and not have to show my fucking smile at their angry ass Yep. I started doing that years ago, if they get to a certain level of abusive. I’m pretty sure it’s actually part of de-escalation for you to apologize and walk away if they get abusive. Then go get a manager. As much as they may hate it, that’s part of their job – to deal with customers who act out.
