It depends on “how” you disliked him. I took a major career advancement role with a direct manager that I didn’t like, but it was because he was a stoic man with little in the Mark Dacascos Australian Tour 2023 T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this way of personality. It seemed rude and weird at the time but I got along with the rest of the leadership team so I moved forward. We had a difficult but not unmanageable relationship, and ultimately his old fashioned ideas about technology got him an early retirement and me a promotion. Personally, I absolutely would’ve taken it and immediately began shopping for a new job using the current comp/benefits as a bargaining chip with other prospective employers, and jump ship as soon as I found a role I liked with a decent supervisor and comparable (if not better) benefits. I know what you say but it’s not that easy. Moreover, leaving a job after a short time, wouldn’t be a red flag for a future employer?

You did the Mark Dacascos Australian Tour 2023 T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this right thing, i did not get along with my hiring manager since day 1, it’s been 2 years now it sucks how low my confidence has become in the last 2 years. I can barely say my opinions and over all bad experience. I’m in one the reputed UN orgs and it was my dream job. I’m finally finding my peace to leave my dream job because of a shitty Middle Aged manager! No second thoughts. Decision is made, you had your reasons. Take some lessons learned and move on. Look ahead. Good luck! I would have too. Your regrets are from the good that MIGHT have happened. Your smart decision was made because of the bad that WOULD have happened. Keep trusting your instincts. Well, he was both rude and annoying. That’s a bad combination. Just annoying I can handle. Rude I can take in small doses, to have both rude and annoying all in one person… I don’t know about that. Maybe if there was some kind of special accommodations for not being able to tolerate both rude and annoying. I was thinking new legislation is needed to protect people like me who just can’t handle the rude and annoying.
