Game is too big. Cut all the Mamasaurus mommy dinosaur trex poster mothers day shirt in contrast I will get this reused bosses and empty space and focus on boss and level design. The open world doesn’t add much imo, just give the amazing level design of the past games. Ashes trivialize a lot of fights that are otherwise incredibly difficult. Balance them better or cut them entirely. Every single enemy and boss having tons of delayed attacks is stupid. Let me play reactively, and not have to memorize the exact timing of these incredibly long delays followed by lightning fast punishes. I wish it was more steampunk like bloodborne lol. but honestly tho elden ring is a great game, i dont have anything wrong with it ? The fucking emote button being triangle has killed me more times than I can count, truly infuriating and there doesn’t appear to be a way to disable it… can we please have a way to open the map in combat. IDC if we cant teleport but I just want to be able to see the map so I can find where my marker is. also the waypoints on the map don’t lock on right and I keep missing them or ending up with multiple on top of each other Why does torrent not scale, he’s an absolute tank early and gets one shot by everything later on, can there be a middle ground?

That when you rest at the Mamasaurus mommy dinosaur trex poster mothers day shirt in contrast I will get this grace at the table of lost grace your character isn’t sitting at the table with melena Bad enemy placements. I don’t mean cheap difficulty or anything like that. I mean I hate it when an enemy is in a region that doesn’t make sense lore-wise, or if they just don’t fit visually. Honestly think the load times after dyitcould be better. They’re LEAGUES better than they were in former games, but man, the Demon Souls remake spoiled me. And Armor really doesn’t do anything this game. What’s the point of a game with a healthbar which is essentially useless. There should be blocks of 2 – 4 health for the hits you can take. This game needs a weapon like Farron Greatsword (parry on the parry key and weapon art on LB) that has to be the coolest weapon out of all souls games for me I hate how the game just gatekeeps side quests due to the lack of a quest log. I don’t need to be spoon-fed, but ANYTHING that summarises your progress in the game would be nice. “isn’t Loretta that Albinauric with the Wolf? Lemme go through my list real quick. Oh, that was Latenna, nvm.” I am watching a friend of mine play Elden Ring right now. He is so much more thorough in his playthrough. He looks behind every corner but is still missing out on so many things because FS doesn’t want to provide any means to watch over your progress. Disconnect between lore, story, world building and the actual gameplay. I don’t need a lot of exposition and don’t mind if most of the story telling is left to text. BUT our protagonist basically doesn’t do ANYTHING but roam around and kill enemies. Why don’t we get to interact more with Melina? She is such a crucial part of the story but we only get to talk to her for like 15min during the entire playthrough even though she is supposed to be our companion. There’s no cool towns I can go to and not have everyone try to murder me. I feel like there should be a few tarnished haven towns somewhere so I can talk to regular people.
