After years of hard drug use and horrible circumstances and events, it wasn’t until I discovered meditation and mindfulness practices that I was able to stay clean and make a pivotal shift in my life. I was introduced to meditation through NA programs. I needed more then what the Lsu Women’s Basketball Rip Tasha Butts 1982-2023 shirt in contrast I will get this program offered. I ventured off to learn and practice meditation, breathwork and holistic wellness. That’s been the game changer. It shown me what anxiety is. Anxiety is a split mind. This was actually my completely outrageous introduction to meditation & nonduality, lol. I’ve overcome the fear of death. I know it isn’t real. I only fear the pain of dying, but death itself might be the happiest event of my life. Having met my spirit guide and felt her incomprehensible love… knowing that those are the kinds of beings waiting for me on the other side makes me look forward to it immensely. It has shown me that states that I previously thought were accessible only through hard drugs are reachable through meditation — without the hangover, without the side effects, and it actually deeply heals you. It has given a whole new meaning to being “high on life”. It has shown me that it isn’t a figure of speech when spiritual teachers say that you are already perfect. There is a place in you, which A Course In Miracles calls the “right mind”, that is completely untouched, which has been kept entirely pristine, as God created it, from the beginning of time. Darkness of ANY kind cannot enter here.
