It has shown me that we are One, and that I had actually experienced this fact many times before having any concept of it thanks to a brilliant little video game called Dark Souls, which has many communal aspects to it that subtley remind you of the Johnny Cash injured with a guitar on a trippy background Shirt in other words I will buy this truth. In my case, I experienced my oneness through this game, and I had no idea what it was until 10 years later! It has enabled me to transmute and/or let go of endless amounts of trauma and shame. It also enabled me to release judgements, showing me that in order to judge or attack another, even in thought, I must first attack myself. Most significantly, until meditation I could not detect subtle shifts (addiction, trauma and a concomitant personality disorder prevented me) but now that I have been at it for a decade, I can notice even subtle shifts that are leading me away from my aims/goals/progress. I am healing from childhood trauma. Meditation has been one of the Johnny Cash injured with a guitar on a trippy background Shirt in other words I will buy this main tools that has helped me be more grounded in my body. When I started meditating a few years ago, I also started working with crystals in particular amethyst and rose quartz. I have had incredible results with my sobriety as well changes that have occurred in my mind and body. All my life I’ve used books and games as an escape from trauma they became so real to me that it was hard for me to separate reality from fiction I was constantly in my head and had terrible anxiety and depression now it’s all gone I am truly present in the moment. Rather than being the turning point in my case, meditation has coincided with and aided my character development. I had gotten to a low point of emotional and social health and desperately needed a change. While I realized this and began addressing it in other ways before meditating, meditation has helped me, primarily, to help accept myself and my life as they are.
