As a person who’s dealt with insomnia before, not getting sleep is like a genuine form of torture. And it’s crucial that both partners can sleep well together. I understand you. I have a sleeping disorder so I know how important sleep is. For me it’s a bit of the Love of my life Placido Domingo shirt besides I will buy this opposite. If I hear sounds than my mind concentrates on it and that’s all it does and it’s not calming but annoying. I had to compromise. I’ve always slept with a fan, my husband hates the sensation. I have a nice fan with good air flow that’s smaller and sits on my end table so it only hits me. It’s worked pretty well. Yes!!! I never can sleep in hotels for this reason too, I need air BLOWING at me to be able to sleep or else I’m up all night sweating. Not even an ac on at cold temperature is enough. I need a fan on and it needs to be on full blast. It’s the only way I can sleep throughout the whole night without issues!

Love of my life Placido Domingo shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I take a fan with me on trips. If I have to take an airplane, I’ll buy a fan at the Love of my life Placido Domingo shirt besides I will buy this local Walmart. I refuse to try to sleep without a fan. I read the headline and I really thought I was coming into a story about you sleeping with a fan as in sexually. Was not expecting a debate about air circulation at night lol Did she say WHY it bothers her? Does she get cold too easily? Does it make a noise she doesn’t like? Because if she’s just insulting you instead of giving you a reason so that both of you can talk and find a compromise like adults, maybe rethink the living together thing before things get too serious. So much this! My partner and I have this same issue, where he NEEDS a fan for both noise and air, and I get very bothered by the air blowing directly on me (but the noise itself doesn’t bother me too much). So he’s got a small fan on his side of the bed that he can feel and I can’t. I’ve learned to tolerate the minimal air coming from the ceiling fan.
