Robert Pattison was a terrible Bruce Wayne, and the Love makes you do crazy things vintage shirt in contrast I will get this movie drags itself down with the Falcone plot and wasted Paul Dano. A 2 hour Batman v. Riddler plot would have been much better in my opinion. the movie is aggressively long and un-clever. Everything has to be spelled out and spoon-fed to the audience. Who could this rat be? oh it must be one of the 2 important gangsters we keep bumping into. Even the Renewal slush fund thing makes no sense. For a 3 hour movie they never fleshed out who controlled what in Gotham, so if Falcone got construction jobs from the mayor w/ the help of the renewal fund and they could hide drop-drug money through the construction costs that would make sense. Also, its 3 hours long and Batman barely has any connection with Alfred except the cliche, you are not my dad! then something bad happens and he is like oh you are like my dad scene. I agree but at least Falcone had the best acting. Except for Dano. Dano at the end though, those video cam scenes were bad This is what bothered me about the movie. The Falcone plotline should’ve been cut entirely. The movie is an hour longer because of it and it just wasn’t nearly as interesting as the rest of the plot.

Same, Bruce Wayne was so odd and I wasn’t a big fan of him living in a tower and having a subway station being the Love makes you do crazy things vintage shirt in contrast I will get this batcave. Not sure if that’s how it is in the comics but was funky for me. The plot was so meandering that at one point I remember Gordon saying “this city is a powder keg” and I was like really? Is it? Because I still don’t get what the core issue is here that’s at stake. Completely agree. I thought Pattinson was a pretty good Batman but not a good Bruce Wayne. The Falcone plot was just… ugh. I’m sorry but I was regularly checking the time and nodding off to sleep during that movie. Am I the only one who feels neutral about this movie. I don’t know if it’s because we seen too many renditions of this story or if it’s batman fatigue but I felt this didn’t give enough newness. The making, acting and cinematography were great but I felt the pacing and it coming together as a whole just didn’t work. I don’t know I think I need to watch it one more time.
