It was miserable, and they actually woke me at 4 AM and said “Okay, we’re done, go on home!”. This has always annoyed me about sleep studies. How can you get accurate data when the data collecting apparatus is actively skewing the data? I was lucky to get the more modernised and portable version but it was still hard to fall asleep and the first time I did it – didn’t sleep at all so had to repeat the test. Still, only showed that my nose is buggerred but not why I lack the natural ability to fall asleep.

I can’t imagine sleeping that way.
