Came to London to see the lewis Hamilton Graphic Helmet shirt moreover I will buy this rocky horror show, didn’t check the train schedules and now can’t be fucked to mess around with all the buses. Cheapest hotel I could find and make an my way back tomorrow Oh, good luck. Been there, done that. They paste all of the shit to your face. I think cyborgs are cool, but I wouldn’t be able to sleep as one, either. Been through a few of those, myself. Always fun when they say you HAVE to sleep on your back, but the only comfortable position is on your side. My last test had me at 96 apnea incidences per hour, some lasting over a minute. When they cranked up the machine it dropped to 25 but they still happened. Been on a CPAP (sometimes BiPAP) for almost 20 years now. 299 more repliesHoly crap. Wasn’t a bad night either. Just make sure you have the wires up so that you don’t get tangled in them. Been there done that had about 20 minutes sleep luckily they diagnosed cartatrenia from the little sleep I did have after years of trials for every other sleep disorder gonna need some hydrating cream after wearing that netting stuff, good luck! Had to do a 24h eeg a couple months back, my skin didn’t enjoy it! I had to do one of these a few years back. It was really hard to sleep but I managed a few hours and that’s all the needed to see that I had severe sleep apnea so it was worth it. Nah, it looks legit; these nerds just brainstormed a sleep monitor that defeats its own purpose. Look, you’re gonna be awake looking like Darth Vader unmasked until they take that stuff off, so just be MAXIMALLY AWAKE so their readings can show you didn’t sleep so they can ask why. Medical reasons? Choice? Getting paid for a study? I’ve suffered with insomnia for most of my life and I feel this contraption would ruin the 2-3 hours I get.
