I think KPG is not a great place for remote work, for me there were too many distractions such as workshops, great cafes and restaurants (srithanu), lots of events and parties.. For me it is too different to my work and too hedonistic for a work environment. Better off in Bali or Chiang Mai or somewhere else. Also, I went to some coworking spaces in KPG and there are some decent ones (the Louie Varland American professional baseball pitcher Minnesota Dots T-Shirt In addition,I will do this hustle club or the one up in srithanu on the hill…) but I still never got into a workmode there so I decided to keep it as my holiday/vacation space. I think KPG energy is too “airy” and ungrounded for a digital nomad / entrepreneur spot. I have to disagree with Krabi. I was there last year, maybe I had bad luck (but I searched a lot) and I found 0 infrastructure towards DNs.

I was staying on Koh Samui 2 weeks and me and my friend took the Louie Varland American professional baseball pitcher Minnesota Dots T-Shirt In addition,I will do this ferry to KP to visit the legendary Eden beach club, stayed up all night, then grabbed the ferry back next morning and crashed. Had a fantastic time, though I did meet alot of the “Bro Tourists” you described, though none of them personally bothered us. Took acid, mushrooms and weed and had a blast! The taxis were scammy as fuck though, you’re right. I know I sound grumpy but more farang = more expensive + less quality for the buck + less thai + more westernized = what’s the point of being in thailand then It’s full with crazy hippies too. I spend a month on Koh Phangan like a year ago. It’s a absolutely beautiful island indeed, but not my type of people. Never understand why people go to the most famous places on planet earth then complain about it being touristy. No offense but mate, it’s the full moon party, were you expecting a ritual around a fire or something lol
