I had to fill out this same form to participate in school sports. I always assumed it was for the Los Angeles Lakers Anthony Davis Images Golden Knight shirt in other words I will buy this sole purpose of assuring that female athletes were not pregnant: in the case that they were injured during participation in their sport and have a stillbirth/miscarriage, the school wants to cover its metaphorical behind and ensure that they cannot be blamed for the loss of the fetus or harm to the athlete. I think they want to be able to legally prove that they had no reason to believe the athlete was pregnant at the time of joining the team. I did find asking for the information to be invasive and inappropriate, but we live in a litigious era. Edit: Register. Vote. www.vote.orgThose same questions are part of nirmal basic health checks for allowing teens to do sports, likely the school didnt bother changing anything from the DRs questionaire

As for why you would wanna know, not having had a period yet or having them irregulary is a pretty clear indicator of some sort of hormonal imbalance, some of which could make practicing sports riskier than usual. Its something a pediatrician should have picked up but not every kid goes to a DR regulary so it may have gone unnoticed I think people are reading into this post too much. I’ve seen several people in this thread alone say they got these questions decades ago, well before any sort of trans panic. That has me leaning more towards “gross invasive questions to ensure the Los Angeles Lakers Anthony Davis Images Golden Knight shirt in other words I will buy this teen isn’t pregnant/ anorexic/ overworked” rather than “specifically exclusionary to the .001% trans high school athletes”
