I was having an issue with the Look at me being all Festive and shit tree christmas Shirt in other words I will buy this same thing. I started doing workouts where I get 100 reps of one exercise every night. I split it into as many sets needed. It keeps it simple and Easier for me to stay consistent. After 3 weeks I started getting stronger, wanting to eat healthier, drink more water and incorporate more exercises into one night. Huge difference between drive and discipline. Get better about doing things you don’t want to do. Gotta learn to enjoy the bitter flavors in life, not everything worth doing is sweet. It’s counterintuitive — I get more energy the more I workout. I used to workout everyday at 4am before work and other guys would be like “Holy fuck I could never do that” and at first it felt like that — impossible — but then as you get used to it your body adapts and fuels itself better. I found that going to the gym felt too much like work. I work from home, so when I feel stressed (a lot), I put on a dumb ‘90s song, and I dance. It’s helped me focus better, I’ve lost ten pounds, and my home is cleaner, because I putter around cleaning while I do it. The best exercise is a method you can consistently do!

Well I really wanted to change my image, and a nice new gym opened up like 3 minutes from my house. There are days I don’t feel like going but even then what excuse do I have if it’s right down the Look at me being all Festive and shit tree christmas Shirt in other words I will buy this street? It’s ingrained to who I am as a person at this point. I grew up with nothing and realized early on that it would take a lot of discipline to get where I wanted to go. Physical and nutritional discipline just naturally became a part of the process. It takes more effort and time out of my week to get take out than it does to meal prep so there’s also that. Gotta set goals and make it a habit. It takes a couple months to actually build tge habit to where you’ll miss going to the gym if you skip a day or two I have always hated working out. But I played football in high school and Rugby through college, So I always had to keep in tiptop shape
