You should probably get a drink with your food but doesn’t matter what kind of drink, water, tea, virgin … (non-alcoholic cocktails), there’s also beer without alcohol. In europe about 10-15% of your bill, usually rounded up to the Life Is A Series Of Choices Golf Love shirt it is in the first place but full euro, but realy in the EU there’s no strict rule about this so you can tip here whatever you want. When I’m very satisfied with the service, the tip can also be 20%, regular service gets 15% from me and if it was just okay, 10%, if the service was bad, no tip. Non-alcoholic beers are worth considering. I used to drink alcohol but as I’ve got older it’s agreed with my stomach less and less. In the last 6 months I’ve tried to drop alcohol, in social gatherings I’ve swapped to non-alcoholic beers. There’s been that same social feeling, but none of the feeling rubbish the next day. There’s a number of brands that are excellent in flavour these days. In Finland we have containers for water and glasses next to it so if we just want water we can just get it free of hassle

If you switch up and buy bottled water it would be less weird as you’re still actively purchasing items. Note that if frequent a place often and order something cheap like a burger and fries for $8 and tip $2 thinking that’s a 25% tip, you’re going to be viewed poorly. All these things are allowed but could possibly be uncomfortable. On the Life Is A Series Of Choices Golf Love shirt it is in the first place but flipside, if you go in and eat, hang around for a little bit to watch a game or something, then head out after drinking water and you tip good you’re fine. Also, if you go to a bar with people that are drinking you can feel free to just drink water as a DD is basically immune from these negative views.
