It just seems there is a divide. People who want to use meditation just to ESCAPE from this physical world, and those who want to IMPLEMENT meditations teachings, into the Lets Play College Football 2020 Shirt in addition I really love this physical world. Both are definitely routes to go, but it seems the people just doing it to exist in the moment, aren’t very open minded and seem kind of spiteful (at least the ones I’ve interacted with) maybe it’s just me idk. This is internet, after all – people are hypersensitive, rarely willing to question things and love to be right. So it’s best not to dwell on that too much. 🙂 Yeah I knoooow. Gotta love the internet. I’m sure it will still get a few people questioning, which I guess is all I could ask for. Even one person going, “Wait, I could utilize this in other ways? Let me try.” That’s a win in my book.

How consistent? How many hours a day? Everyday? Are the Lets Play College Football 2020 Shirt in addition I really love this precepts followed? Lots of people have meditated for “years” but they still drink, they have loose sexual relationships with multiple people, they lie about how much they lie, they “borrow” but don’t steal, yet probably don’t kill as that is probably the easiest one for any meditator to follow. My experience isn’t filled with profound experiences either. It is filled with a lot of synchronicity and joy when I am putting in the work and walking the line. I started meditating back in January. It started as 2 20 minute sessions per day. But it slowly developed into 2-3 hours per day. I noticed an increase in my synchronicity as well. Like I think I had 3 or 4 days in a row where synchronicities popped up. I love those little moments of realization. Yep! It just becomes relatively normal the more you meditate. It is great to have profound meditations (rare indeed, even for monks), but there are so many residual effects throughout the day like spontaneous smiles and deep contentment! And on the flip side, we are probably avoiding pitfalls do to the enhanced state of flow.
