At the Legendary Flex Graphic shirt so you should to go to store and get this end of the day, you’ll be gaining more experience as a PM and when you feel it’s right and if it’s required, you can always switch over to somewhere that pays better. — My 2 cents on the situation at hand. This is how, I’d deal with it and this is what my constructive advice to OP is. Best bet is to interview for another position, get it and then tell your boss. Be ok with walking and don’t try to strong arm. In the exit interview make it clear you felt the offer was an insult and you chose to move on because it took you finding another opportunity for them to pay you market rate. If they clap back with “we’re limited to 15% raises” then just tell them it’s squarely in the realm of their problem.

Legendary Flex Graphic shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I had a co worker recently go through the Legendary Flex Graphic shirt so you should to go to store and get this same thing. I’ll tell you the same thing I told her, which is that the company can make whatever decision it wants, but this is a situation where the company has realized they can exploit you and they are going to do it unless you stop them. The company will probably fold once you point this out to them, maybe not completely, but to the tune of $97,000 or so. If you press them, they will likely go higher. If you say no, it’s negotiation time, and they can still hopefully avoid paying the $120k they would have had to pay for a great candidate plus $20k or so for training and onboarding. But if you say, yes, score! They save something like $50k year one and likely more over time, because you won’t ask for your full worth now and that means you will continue to accept wages at inflation level or less in the future, saving them even more money.
