while closing the Laurel And Hardy 97th Anniversary 1927 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirt moreover I love this deli i had a customer throw a fit and knock over a knee knocker shelf because i refused to sell him a chicken that was out of temp and past its sell by time. He came up after closing saw me disposing of a rotisary and demanded i sell it to him, I refused; I’m sorry but i won’t violate state heath code and store policy because you want to eat spoiled meat and get food poisoning. he demanded a manger they agreed with me he knocked over the shelf and walked out. which was really amusing as he had been in mart kart before that. guess being angry makes your legs work again This wasn’t directed towards me necessarily but one time these two pairs of husband and wife came into my checkout line and they apparently knew each other, and they started talking to each other about whatever and “how have you been” and everything. all of the sudden, the younger husband says something under his breath and it escalates into an argument about drugs and stolen money. they were so loud that my TL stopped what she was doing and called up the front end coach to help de-escalate the situation and escort the dudes out of the store right as they were about to start fist fighting RIGHT IN MY LINE. the wives kept apologizing to me for their husband’s behavior until they were both done checking out their things. i felt so bad for them, and my TL let me take an extra break because of it even though i wasn’t even really phased by it all that much weirdly.

Had a customer yell at me because the Laurel And Hardy 97th Anniversary 1927 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirt moreover I love this banana pudding in the bakery only had 1 waffer cookie in it. Told me it suppose to come with 3 “And if ever hear you use the Lord’s name in vain again….” and made some kind of threat towards me. I said, “Yeah? Okay! That’s NEVER going to happen.” and sarcastically laughed at him. The guy was at least 60. He went to customer service, told them to call the cops because “I’m going to walk over there and punch him in the face,” and that he felt threatened. Management replied that they would call the cops and have him arrested for threatening me. This all started because his EBT card wouldn’t work at SOMEONE ELSE’S register. I was at self-checkout trying to mind my own business. He starts grilling me about why his card won’t work and wouldn’t accept any answer/kept cutting me off.
