Some woman took a box a back-store employee left on the Kansas State Wildcats Snoopy Christmas Shirt Also,I will get this floor while checking other prices. It was a box with about 4 packs of paper towel, and usually a pack here runs for 20$ish, woman went to the SCO, then filmed us employees (some of us were minors), cried, yelled, her husband called the police because we said we can’t honour the special price she saw since it’s a back-store box. I work at Electronics counter and during the pandemic we were told not to touch peoples phones (to help prevent spreading the disease). I had this somewhat older guy come up to the counter and yeets his phone onto the counter and says “This thing doesn’t work!” I ask him what’s wrong and he tells me, and it’s something I know how to fix. I tell him to pick up the phone and I can help walk him through it. He gives me a weird look, picks up the phone and tries to hand it to me and says “Here, if you know what to do, you fix it.” I told him I wasn’t allowed to touch the phone but I could help him if he would press the buttons I told him to. He starts shouting at me “JUST TOUCH MY DAMN PHONE!” I again told him I can’t and he continues yelling “TOUCH MY FING PHONE!!” I just shook my head and he yells again “TOUCH MY FING PHONE!!!”

Had a customer get mad because I couldn’t help her find the Kansas State Wildcats Snoopy Christmas Shirt Also,I will get this and I quote ” grass fed salsa”. Reread that a few times. My brain broke. I just said I’d check in the back and went on a five minute break. Heard her harassing my co-workers for her grass fed salsa. I think someone sent her to whole foods. I’ve got one. My second day on the floor in OGP I was with someone picking and we got called to automotive for an issue with an online order for tires. We walk over and there’s already 2 people trying to help. I got yelled at by the customer for not trying to help. It was my second day and not my department.. it’s not like there was no one helping. He just didn’t like what everyone else was saying and decided I needed to come up with a better answer. The best part? He didn’t like that returns took a few days for the money to go back to his bank account
