Should I press charges? How do I make this Kung fu PANDA OF WARShirt in addition I really love this person pay for hitting me unexpectedly. What should I expect from pressing charges.

Kung fu PANDA OF WARShirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Cops investigate and then put everything in a “court package” that is sent to the Kung fu PANDA OF WARShirt in addition I really love this Crown Prosecutors office. The Crown makes the determination to charge based on a couple of factors…1 odds of getting a conviction. 2 Does it really serve the public good to pursue? 3 Does the offender have a criminal history involving violence? And there are other things they may consider as well. Ugh. No, that’s absolutely incorrect. Police lay charges. Crown decides to proceed or not based on reasonable prospect of conviction and other factors in the crown prosecution manual. People can seek to lay a private information where a justice of the peace can hear allegations and if warranted issue process to have the person charged. Police never charge anyone, not even in the US. They investigate incidents, make arrests under probable cause and reasonable suspicion, they find the elements to prove there was a crime, and the court does the prosecuting. You could arrest someone for assault and they get charged with battery instead for instance.
