Absolutely would have done the Kirko Chainz Minnesota Vikings shirt Besides,I will do this same. I’ve had the same position with different bosses and it turned from a great experience to a miserable one. Who you work for can make all the difference in the world that no $ can make it worthwhile. If there are personality conflicts before your foot is even in the door, then you dodged a bullet. I would rather work a less-than-perfect job for someone who’s reasonable and supportive and doesn’t add undue stress to my life than a perfect job for an asshole who makes my life a living hell. You didn’t provide your industry, age or your experience, or how this job would have advanced your career, so it’s really hard to judge what you materially might have given up by turning down this job, but you can always invest in your career even with a less-than-perfect job. If you’re limiting yourself to exactly only what you currently do, that’s something to regret if you have aspirations for more. Again, without knowing what you do and where you want to take your career, it’s hard to provide specific advice, but additional education or getting more industry certifications is one way to do it. You can look for ways to expand what you do in your current role/job. Like, get your regular work done, but put your extra effort into things that will help you take that next step, and talk to management about where you want to take your career and things they can do to help you make that step. Turning down this job offer isn’t the end of your career growth. Be savvy and selfish with your work time, keep your resume out there, it will happen.

100% did the Kirko Chainz Minnesota Vikings shirt Besides,I will do this right thing. Reporting to someone you don’t like or work well with is emotionally and soul draining. Good job. I once had an interview for a job that would’ve pulled me out of the food and bev hell hole we always get stuck in. I was making bank but wanted office hours so I was willing to take the paycut. The office admin and the vp were so sweet. I got to the CEO…I was going to be working directly for him. He was condescending, narcissistic and gave me a gross gut feeling from the moment I sat down. I went through the interview professionally and honestly, spun any weirdly edgy or odd thing he said with straight forward, assertive, intelligent responses. My fine dining experience actually prepared me for this, oddly enough. For example, I was preparing to enter graduate school and he asked whereabouts. I said Temple university as its a wonderful program. He scoffed. “Oh…not UPENN? Ha.” And then proceeded to BRAG that his wife is head of some department that I honestly dgaf about at Ivy League UPENN. Basically Temple was dirt on his shoes. So I politely but assertively retorted that UPENN would be lovely and a dream university, however their tuition rates are not in my price point and as I already had to fund my entire undergraduate degree without the support of my parents or family as well – I was looking for a good masters program at a price within my budget. An attempt to talk down to me was spun into – well, appearances mean nothing to me and I’m apparently more intelligent about debt management and financial decisions than you are, sir. Needless to say it was probably a frustrating interview for him
