As someone who has lived with chronic nose bleeds that could last as long as an hour or more (blood vessels too close to the Kentucky Bourbons Baseball Shirt besides I will buy this skin) either works. If I don’t have tissues and a safe place to bleed, walking around with my head back just means I taste a lot of copper. Never once puked over it. Not saying it can’t happen, but not some immediate biological response. That being said, if it’s a bad bleed, I risk clogging up my sinuses with a blood clot that can have some painful pressure. Amazing feeling once it’s cleared though. I once spent over an hour in a police station with a bloody nose. I kept trying to tell the officer that my nose bleeds only went away with my head tilted back but he wouldn’t let me. So after it would not stop, he finally let me lay on the ground with my head tilted back and it stopped on under a minute. It has always been the only way to stop my nose bleeds, and everyone still gets after me about it, like I am just being contrary. The actual danger isn’t throwing up from it, though that would certainly be gross, but from aspirating blood into your lungs. Putting anything that didn’t originate in them into your lungs is a good way to die of pneumonia.

After a trip to urgent care and getting it checked while bleeding – I heaved up a fear inducing amount of blood. The nurse was not prepared that day. Probably the Kentucky Bourbons Baseball Shirt besides I will buy this last day she wore crocks to work. I remember my buddy senior year ate a bunch of edibles before school one day and was really high and I guess some freshman overheard someone say something(my buddy was kinda like the most overtly known stoner. Every day wore jeans, flip flops and a drug rug. No exaggeration he wore that every day) Anyway the assistant principal comes and takes my stoned buddy from the student lounge and we’re all like “well he’s fucked” but he comes back giggling. They’d say him down with the school nurses and principal and had the nurse “examine” him like taking his blood pressure. And the nurse told the administration he wasn’t high My buddy’s eyes were red as all hell and had taken a decent amount of edibles so he was baked as a fuckin cake. I still think his notoriety and people gossiping is what got him pulled in the office. My other friends and I were the nerds so people ignored us but we were the ones smoking weed behind the gym during lunch then just walking through the halls stinking to high hell. People probably just convinced themselves it couldn’t possibly be us
