Losing that amount of weight within months is extreme weight loss. It’s cool if you can do that, but it’s not expected. Also the KEN SHAMROCK American retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist T-Shirt and I love this slimmer you get, the less results you will naturally get losing weight. Obviously you can’t consistently lose the same amount of weight every time. The lower you get, ,the less you will lose. Obviously you will never go down to 0 lbs or even 40 lbs for that matter. Thanks! It hasn’t really been the progress has slowed down, rather I’ll just go on a halt for a month or two because I’m not dieting as clean, then resume for a few months then pause and so on It hasn’t really been the progress has slowed down, rather I’ll just go on a halt for a month or two because I’m not dieting as clean, then resume for a few months then pause and so on

Whatever makes the KEN SHAMROCK American retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist T-Shirt and I love this scale go down and is sustainable! Fuck a specialized diet when a lifestyle change is actually a sustainable way to live. Keep it up! Whenever you get to your point that you consider close to ideal, that’s probably the lifestyle you will be holding down. After over analyzing my weight for 10+ years I’m finally within ~15 pounds of what I might consider ideal and I basically gauge my diet and exercise based on how I’m feeling. If I’m feeling low energy I’ll exercise more and eat cleaner You’ve lost 90 pounds? OMG, that’s amazing. And you’ve kept it off and kept going! You have so much to be proud of. Heck, this internet stranger is so proud of you. You did really well. A lot of people who set themselves a tough target find they can’t sustain it. Then they regain more than they lost. You’re doing great man. What I tell people is that when it comes to losing a large amount of weight there’s no reason to rush it. Unless you have an immediate medical necessity of course. Being and getting healthy is a long term commitment to yourself. Doing it too fast is not only detrimental to your health it will typically lead to impossible food habits that will only bring the weight back in the long run. I lost about 75 pounds over the course of 2 years and it was slow with a lot of ups and downs but now I know alot more about exercise and proper diet. I know how much I’m allowed to slack off before it becomes a problem and such.
