Oh yeah we just started sleep training because he was fighting bedtime so hard. 3-4 hours of trying to get your kid to sleep at night for 3 weeks literally the Kansas City Current Official Shop KC Baby Teal shirt in contrast I will get this definition of hell. Oh yeah we were following his wake windows and every single night for 3 weeks straight he was fighting it to the point the only thing that would put him to sleep was going for a drive. We did that for a few nights and started sleep training over the weekend. So far it’s been going pretty good!!!

How are you doing the Kansas City Current Official Shop KC Baby Teal shirt in contrast I will get this sleep training? My son turned 4 months just a few days ago. I’m thinking of sleep training but am nervous and unsure of it. We extended his wake windows (2h to 2h15) and extra extended the last one (2h30). We do bath feeding (keeping him awake) and bed awake. The first night it took 16 mins. Second night he was asleep before we left the room, third night it took 15 mins but the fourth night (last night) was tough. He cried for an hour. We check in on him every 3-5 mins when he’s crying, shhh and pat his butt, comfort him for a few mins each time but we don’t talk or pick him up. Last night though I sat down in his room and shhhhh’d till he fell asleep after he cried for an hour. It’s tough to listen to but they’re going to cry a little no matter how you do it. Or at least I haven’t figured out how to do it with no crying.
