Keep telling myself it’s only night 4 so he’s still learning. Hopefully tonight he doesn’t cry for an hour. ??‍♀️ Wow… ppl really get very strict with schedules here… I’m surprised. I don’t do ANY of this. I guess I have an easy baby. He sleeps on naps when he’s tired, he’s created his own schedule and he sleeps through the New Heights Merch New Heights 92% Of The Time shirt also I will do this night (almost) he gets a big bottle at midnight and continues to sleep. I don’t make him do anything that doesn’t come natural for him. Just a you would do yourself, go to bed when you are tired and eat when you are hungry… it has worked amazing for us. Yeah we had that for months!! It’s actually pretty traumatic. I started having panic attacks when it got close to bedtime. Got better around 5.5 months for us. The entertainment thing is hard too, I think it gets a bit better when they’re a bit more independent physically so not as reliant on you for entertainment, so can sit up and do more things with their hands and limbs. The jumperoo was pretty good as it kept her upright and was a new sensation/perspective with toys to play with. Can’t really use it for long though but about 15-20 mins at 5 months was good. She’s nearly 7 months now and I have to take her out every day so she can see people, she loves people.

The other thing that is good is the New Heights Merch New Heights 92% Of The Time shirt also I will do this high chair, so she can look out of the window, that keeps her entertained. The one we have also reclines for younger babies who can’t sit very well yet, you could see if he likes the window and then put him in a reclining high chair side on so he can be entertained by the magical outside. Exactly my situation!!!! ?? and takes short naps of 25-35min. and being overtired the entire day, and cries and whines the whole day ?? Oh the short nap hell . Mine went through that a few weeks ago. Not sure if it was coincidence or not but I started giving him more awake time and his nap duration improved a lot. Still occasional 30 min nap especially if we’re not home. Just a thought! I tried giving less and more wake windows but she’s still always overtired and fights nap so hard ? Last week, she started to have 40-50min naps for her first nap but now it’s just not even 30min unless I’m carrying her… Lucky yours is sleeping longer now!! ??
