Moving forward I will present them with all the Jurassic Jeep Vintage Halloween Shirt moreover I love this possibilities and uses, then they can decide which resonates with them. This is Reddit, it’s not exactly a community so much as a group of people vaguely interested in something they denote with the same name. I highly doubt that all of us could even agree on what constitutes meditation exactly. Probably not, but it is a shame seeing so many people closed off to different possibilities. To me, that is one thing meditation has taught me. To explore and see what other practices and beliefs are out there. Not getting stuck into just one route of thinking. But I may be the minority idk. But we do have to acknowledge the different groups of people who meditate. There’s some that do it with awareness to some degree of their connection to their spirituality and there’s some that don’t have any spiritual connection with it at all. Where we ‘draw the line in the sand’ between mental practice and spirituality is pretty unique to everyone, which I think is why you’re getting so much flack for your post. It would be so great if people just left what wasn’t meant for them, but then we wouldn’t be challenged in our beliefs, which would otherwise lead to one route of thinking – the yin and the yang, I guess.

Yeah I definitely feel spirituality plays a big part in it. The things I’ve been learning in the Jurassic Jeep Vintage Halloween Shirt moreover I love this past 6 months, supersedes my entire 30 years of life. And it all started with 20 minute meditative breathing sessions. Which when lead me to learning more, and exploring multiple possibilities centered around the practice. Which then sent me down a spiritual route, where I had a kundalini awakening, which shifted my entire perception of my reality. Among many other revelations, they wouldn’t have been possible without that intrigue into the fundamental of “letting go” through meditation. I was enthusiastic to read your post, it was heartwarming to see that you already had a Kundalini awakening too. I can already tell you that I’m hearing your post louder than other people.
