I had gender affirming surgery at age 18 which was the Juneteenth Queen Black History Month Juneteenth Woman Vintage T-Shirt and by the same token and youngest age it was available to me via parental permission at the time. I once asked why children that are uncomfortable with their looks or want to be more masculine/feminine don’t have the same support and all I received were awful, hateful comments. I don’t like the social media echo chamber that can be just as vitriolic as red hats while still expecting unquestioned support. If you’re willing to alter someone’s hormones/appearance between the genders, I expect there should be HRT opportunities available to all children, regardless of identity. Tbh if I can walk in a doctor office at 16 telling them I’m depressed or wanting birth control and get a prescription without a parent why can’t they decide what to do with there body I think mastectomies and hormone therapy are more common..but the result of hormone therapy long enough is usually “bottom surgery”

Yes, the hospitals advertise it, then usually take it down once people notice it. Some minors know they are trans from a young age and it can sometimes be more affirming to delay or start hormone treatment at or during puberty since it can be more difficult to “transition” after puberty.
