I totally agree! My gma and I love musicals and got really stoked to watch it. We made popcorn and everything. Made it 20 mins in, looked at each other and both agreed “this is crap”. Yeah I thought the Judy Bryant Prisoner Cell Block Shirt besides I will buy this movie was kinda slow and dull but it’s not even close to the worst I’ve ever seen, and I wouldn’t say I watch a lot of movies. i loved this movie when i was a kid and i never understood why my dad thought it was so dumb. revisited it a few years ago and yeah its pretty bad It was awful but Rip Torn slapping his ass and saying “ fuck me cmon fuck me” had me rolling in the aisle. It’s a damn shit show, I don’t like Tom green, but hell it was full of me saying “what the actual fuck?!?? I can’t believe this got approved….”

I hate it but I lose it every time I see the Judy Bryant Prisoner Cell Block Shirt besides I will buy this “Daddy would you like some sausages” scene. I don’t know why it’s so hilarious. Tom Green’s entire shtick was being a troll. So what did everyone think was gonna happen when Hollywood let him make a movie? These other movies listed are genuine attempts at movie making, which are awful. Freddie got fingered was a guy doing aggressive anti-comedy. It’s got some funny scenes in it, which is more than you can say about ‘Movie 43’ which is like getting a proctology test by King Kong Except that movie is a masterpiece, one day people will look back on it the same way they look back on the works of Bergman, ozu, Welles etc. When I first watched it, I was in my early thirties and I hated it. Now, being older, I can enjoy it. Age opens your mind. Understandable, but that one was the best kind of hilariously-awful imo. And what’s crazy to me is there’s actually two version of it too. That really tripped me out when I watched it a 2nd time with a friend and the premise between the pitches/mini stories was completely different! I particularly love shitty movies, especially action. Stuff like post-2000 Seagal movies; they’re just objectively terrible in pretty much every way, yet their unintentional hilarity makes them so enjoyable. The one I think I would call the “worst” to me that I can immediately think of was Aeon Flux. Realistically it’s probably not that bad, but it was just so mediocre in every way that I could not get interested in it at all. Nothing in it was cool, funny, or exciting to me, I could barely stay awake.
