John Walker former arena football defensive back Design T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

vLong story short, I went through severe trauma due to a health issue I had which aftermath left me scarred with high levels of stress and anxiousness. Trying to recover, I keep telling myself i want to go back to the John Walker former arena football defensive back Design T-Shirt Besides,I will do this person i was before the trauma, no stress no anxiety, and that’s how I want to channel and focus my thoughts. But, to no surprise, it never seemed to work and i kept on getting stressed and anxious. Now, during one meditation session, i came to a realization: Why do i want to think back to that person? That person never experienced what I have experienced, and never got a sense of the taste of death (the health issue). So, now, Im proud of who I am today, of everything i went through, and i never look back at who i was before (inexperienced). This consequently helped me cope much better with my stress. Damn this is actually an eye-opening post. Just like you, I always desired to be what I was like in the past. But no matter what I did it was always just me chasing my past self and never getting far at all in life. This is an insane realization for me. Thanks for posting op
