This sounds similar to our baby (3mos) and we’re realizing that she is more of a high needs baby than what seems to be typical. If she is awake, one of us has to hold her save for walks where she will chill in the stroller or playtime on the mat IF one of us is there and engaging her. She will do up to 3hrs at a time in the bassinet between 11pm-8am but there are wake ups and we have to rocker her back to sleep. For naps during the day, contact only. She will not transfer during the day. We have to do 8hr shifts because we are both high sleep needs people. I take baby 6a-2:30p, Husband takes her 10p-6a, the in between time we spend together and trade off who is holding her, who’s doing a grocery run, etc. If we have to pee during our shift, we have to let her cry in the swing for a couple minutes.
