I started going on morning walks over the Jeff Skinner Canadian professional ice hockey left winger for Buffalo Sabres T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this past year or 2. Its nice to go for a 15- 20 min walk before i start work. I also get up well before my start time to get housework done. saves time for after work. Funny thing is I wasn’t even an unhealthy kid. We had good home cooked meals, used to go on walks/hikes once a week, I did Karate and Judo I was cleaning the bathroom before Christmas and almost threw my back out bending over to do the bath. It’s ridiculous I started walking again, stretching and doing basic weight training at home as a new year’s resolution, but for once I’ll actually stick to it I was made to dance until I was something like fourteen. I hated it. I do not have the body, dedication, or coordination of a dancer. After that, my only exercise was walking. And then I moved to Asia and got a scooter. I wish I’d kept exercising and that I’d never started drinking. I’m trying to do something about it all, but I’ve spent far too many years adding on the pounds. Removing them is a challenge. Had a plan. I wasted all my 20s doing nothing special, just muddling through. I have no career, no wild stories, no family. same for me, except im 39 this year. no career, no family, no partner. lots of strange drug fuelled experiences that i mostly enjoyed but my life has been a massive flop/example of failure to launch tbh Family and partner is a lot harder to get when you are 40. Not much of a chance of having kids unless you marry a lot younger

I wish I had followed my best mate to his academic school instead of following my brother to the Jeff Skinner Canadian professional ice hockey left winger for Buffalo Sabres T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this crappy school. Thirty years later my parents finally admitted the school I went to had no expectations of academic success for their students. By the time I had cruised through as top of the class for 5 years the pattern was set and I had no work ethic at all. It still limits me to this day. I’m constantly fighting that battle. I’ve done a good job at pushing through so far but every single day it feels like I’m going to be pushed over the edge Yep. I choose not to appeal failing my 12 plus by a couple of points. I could have gone to one of the two very good grammer schools close to my home. I was top of all my upper school classes without trying but was never encouraged to push myself or do anything outside of my comfort zone. Turns out after GCSEs coasting will no-longer cut it. There is also a fair to good chance I’d have gotten proper pastoral care and reaped benefits to my mental and physical health.
