If social issues like water insecurity could be easily addressed with just building wells, the UN and similar organizations would have done that and solved it already. This is a great innovative but the question is why didn’t he do this beforehand. He also makes millions compared to the minimum wage that he would have paid all the contractors to drill the wells. But as others have said these countries get billions a year in aid that most tax paying residents fund. Also a lot of the billionaires don’t need to make a video and have the publicity they do it just because they can.
