And as a former chef: we put salt in everything, but we also put butter, oil, sugar, etc. in everything as well. So yeah, it wasn’t the salt that was the problem. Nobody believes me, and there are many studies about salt being bad for you, but I’ve yet to see one that can possibly silo salt as the issue. One day I’ll be proven right.
