Speaking for myself personally, full coverage concealer and foundation ages me because I have a lot of crepey skin. unless I am being photographed, I just make do with blurring primer and a light concealer mixed with eye cream. Not having a proper skincare routine. Especially moisturizing before putting foundation and concealer makes a huge difference imo I feel like if I moisturize too much before foundation, it just slides right off. And I don’t like using powder because my skin is very dry. I just gave up on foundation. I give it at least 10 minutes Yes I’ve seen makeup artists say at least 20! I’m 48 and my #1 is skin care. Hydrated, plump, smooth and glowing skin is my priority. I don’t wear a base and when I do wear makeup, they are cream and liquid formulas; natural finishes only. Matte formulas only dry out my skin and make me look older. Unless you are purposefully going for a dramatic smoky eye look, heavy black eyeliner on the Iowa Hawkeyes Women’s Basketball Starting 5 shirt in addition I really love this bottom lid immediately ages you.
