I grew up there in the I’m trying to stop being mean it’s take all have to stop being stupid shirt Besides,I will do this 1990’s and we all knew about it. The Netflix show with the same title is interesting. Not because of the murders, but more because they highlight the man who started Texas Equusearch. He was so frustrated with how inept law enforcement was that he was like “fuck y’all, I’ll do it” and created a search and recovery group that’s still very active in finding bodies and evidence. His story is one of the most heartbreaking ive ever seen. Amazing guy. Has got closure for so many families of dead women & girls. So sad he couldn’t do it for his own daughter. When he broke down as he described this, it really was an intense moment. Epitome of channeling your anger into helping others in a similar situation. Bringing a body home and giving someone that closure that he didn’t have. Seems like that gives him some peace, even though his daughter has not been found. Like he’s looking for her in every search he does for others. Bruh I live by there and no one talks about this. You get more conversations about the I45 serial killer which is pretty much the same M.O.

It’s, unfortunately, named the I’m trying to stop being mean it’s take all have to stop being stupid shirt Besides,I will do this killing fields for how many bodies have been found there. It’s around I-45, if I remember correctly. Late to the party but I don’t see that anyone mentioned the Doc on Netflix. If you are interested and can, it’s worth the watch. “Meza was convicted of the murder the same year and sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty, but was released after almost 12 years.” Like, what the fuck? There’s not even any mitigating considerations that could possibly apply. Dude killed a child and served 12 years. WTFFFFFFF?????? He violated his parole pretty quickly and was sent back for 9 more years. But still 21 years for murdering an 8 yr old. Unfortunately that happens way more than people realize. Everywhere. Plenty of serial killers get away because of bad police work or just falling through the cracks of the justice system. Dahmer for example tried to kill and underage boy who managed to escape and literally got the cops involved only to have them hand him back over to Damher. Dahmer for example tried to kill and underage boy who managed to escape and literally got the cops involved only to have them hand him back over to Damher You’re leaving out that he was naked and had a hole drilled into his head that was leaking blood. And the cops thought it was just gay stuff. And they claimed he looked 17. And they both got away with it.
